Section 474.32 states that the sharing of abusive violent material occurs when a person/s:
(a) engages in a terrorist act; or
(b) killing another person; or
(c) attempts to kill another person; or
(d) torture another person; or
(e) rape another person; or
(f) kidnaps another person
