GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — The Patrick Lyoya dying investigation is gaining much more nationwide consideration now that the officer concerned faces a second-degree homicide cost.
Christopher Schurr made his first court docket look Friday afternoon earlier than posting bond and leaving jail inside a matter of hours.
Schurr’s attorneys say they won’t take a deal they usually plan to take the case to trial.
